Hotel a Southwest Orlando

“Comodissima per gli spostamenti verso i Parchi Universal. Bellissime piscine e acqua riscaldata. Tanta disponibilità di cibo e bevende. Veramente consigliato”

“The room was clean, some water leaking from the shower. Breakfast was eggs, ham, sausage or waffles. Parking was available and not paid as the rest of hotels in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful.”

“I would love to leave the highest review as the property is beautiful and the customer service is good; however, I am disappointed that they automatically charge guests for the $6 bottled water whether you drink it or not.”

“Do not stay here! Very old facility, solitaries I. Libby by breakfast area harassing people I didn’t even eat to avoid them. I played prior. Should have only had a small fee at checkin. They charged my card $100 that still hasn’t come off and is now no longer pending it’s posted. Still trying to resolve.”

“The room was good with everything you need, the breakfast was decent. The only thing I didn't like at all was the sale of park tickets by a Universal employee inside the hotel itself. They sold me the tickets at an excessively high price without considering the fact that we live in Florida. Furthermore, we were not told that the park opened at nine for guests of this hotel and since we went in a hurry at 7:30, we then had to wait outside and having had breakfast in a hurry.”
